Terms of use

1. Provider and use

ColorpageApp is provided by Futuredays, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 68547390 and VAT ID NL002247531B92. Futuredays can be contacted at info@futuredays.nl or through the secure contact form. An account must be created and controlled by an adult aged 18 or over. Children may use the creative tools only under that adult's supervision.

2. Credits and payments

A new account can create its first three coloring pages for free, once. After that, one credit is used for one successfully saved coloring page. The current package price and quantity are shown in the app before payment. It is a one-off Mollie payment, not a subscription. If a technical error occurs before the coloring page is saved successfully, the credit is returned automatically.

Purchased credits belong to the account, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused credits expire if you voluntarily delete the account. This does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

You can request cancellation of an eligible purchase under Profile → For parents → Cancel a purchase, or contact us directly. Requests are reviewed manually and submitting one does not automatically issue a refund. We do not limit any mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, refund or conformity rights.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, we deduct the corresponding purchased credits that remain available. If those credits have already been used or a chargeback is open, new creations and purchases may be temporarily restricted until the payment is resolved. Existing creations remain available.

3. AI results

Coloring pages are generated automatically. Results may be unexpected, incomplete or sometimes unusable. We try to block inappropriate content but cannot guarantee that every result will be perfect. Supervise children when they use the results.

4. What is not allowed?

• Creating or sharing illegal, harmful, violent, sexual or discriminatory content.
• Uploading or publishing personal data about children or others without valid permission.
• Infringing the rights of others, including copyright, trademark and image rights.
• Circumventing security, manipulating credits, automating processes or overloading the service.
• Harassing others through names, comments or shared content.

We may block or remove content and restrict accounts where necessary for safety, compliance with law or protection of the service.

5. Your content and the community gallery

You remain responsible for the information and images you provide. By deliberately sharing a creation in the community gallery, you give Futuredays permission to display that creation and its associated title publicly within ColorpageApp. This permission ends when you delete the creation or your account, except where temporary technical copies are still briefly required.

6. Availability

We maintain and secure the service carefully but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, supplier outages or security measures may temporarily limit the app. Contact us about payment or delivery problems so we can investigate the transaction.

7. Account and termination

You can delete your account in Settings. The consequences are shown clearly before you confirm. We may block an account in cases of serious misuse. Where reasonable, we will inform the user and provide an opportunity to contact us.

8. Liability and statutory rights

Futuredays is not liable for damage caused by prohibited use, incorrect input or use outside the purpose of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
